Mel Gibson. You know, before he went crazy...
So I was watching Braveheart the other day. It’s easily my number one favorite movie of all time. (What can I say? I’m a quarter Scottish.)
And even though I’ve seen the movie approximately a bazillion times, this time I noticed something different.
Mel Gibson – a long time action star – really LOOKS like a warrior in this film.
He’s not huge. He’s not ultra-ripped. Yet he still looks powerful and strong.
He looks like a warrior.
The secret to looking like a battle-hardened warrior is NOT having 18 inch biceps or washboard abs.
The real secret to developing a action-star physique is having a big, powerful NECK.
Most people don’t realize it but a muscular neck automatically gives you the look of a warrior.
Now here’s the really good news:
You can build a muscular neck extremely fast. Here’s why:
If you’re like most guys, you have probably never trained your neck before. So when you first start training your neck properly, your neck will respond fast. It’s quite common to grow your neck by a full inch within the first month of proper training.
And neck training is relatively simple. You don’t have to go the gym. You can train your neck right at home. And you don’t need any fancy equipment.

Eventually you'll want one of these for maximum neck size.
So there you have it.
If you want to build a physique like an action star — like a true warrior — start training your neck.
Oh and if you order my book, you’ll get a free bonus report called “How To Build A Bulldog Neck.” In this report you’ll discover the long lost exercise used by an old-time trainer with one of the biggest, most muscular necks in the history of the iron game.

There are lots of training program articles on the site. But I hear what you’re saying and I’ll see if I can knock out a few more articles with specific training instructions.
